JD Sports Malaysia offers a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain products like swimwear, underwear, and personalized items are excluded for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your JD Sports account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging along with the completed return form and ensure all original labels and tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship to JD Warehouse

  Drop off your parcel at any PosLaju branch or preferred courier service, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt as proof of postage until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
